Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Strong and fragrant bouquet with hints of peaches. Flavors of mint, green apple, and lemon citrus notes. Pairs best with seafood, soups and white meats.
Intense ruby red hues with garnet reflections. A combination of roses, jam, blackberies, and a touch of oak on the nose. Well rounded red and dark fruits with a jammy cinnamon note and firm tannins. Goes well with savory, hearty dishes from appetizers to second plates.

A classic Cabernet in structure and finesse, Auspicion Cabernet is loaded with ripe berry and plum aromas; juicy black fruit is balanced by silky tannins and a lingering finish accented by touches of chocolate, toffee, and vanilla. Following fermentation, the wine was aged in oak for several months. Full-bodied and complex upon release, it will continue to develop and improve for up to five years.

Our Chardonnay makes an impression the minute you bring the glass to your nose. Lemons, peaches, banana, tropical fruits, creaminess, a hint of coconut and vanilla oak. The great citrus and tropical fruit characters come together in a creamy, crisp, lushness that makes me want to blend up Alias Chardonnay frozen cocktails and throw a little umbrella in the glass. There is just enough oak to give it a touch of toasted bread and vanilla. There is jus t enough malolactic to give the wine a rich creamy texture, which balances wonderfully with the acidity.
The Pinot Noir opens with bramble berry, wild strawberry, and rhubarb notes that accentuate the classic Pinot Noir pencil lead aromas from the barrel. The palate is dominated by the same wild fruits in the aromas, with bright acid that is well integrated in the wine. The textures on the palate are very subtle, giving this Pinot Noir a bit of sexyness, both inside and out. I like to pair this fresh Pinot Noir with Charcuterie and cheese, grilled veggies, or a fresh porcini mushroom risotto.
Earthy, floral, dried cherries, caramel, and molasses on the nose. It has big dark cherry, raspberry, and rhubarb fruit. Then there is an oak component that comes from 2 year old French barrels that I describe as fresh forest – a bit of earth, pine, moss, and wildflower. Rather than the darker sweetness that was in the nose, the wine has a different sweetness on the palate. It’s more floral and wild. Kind of like orange blossom honey.
The wine starts with more tea and tobacco at first, but as it opens up, the big, dark fruit and cocoa notes rise up. A hint of eucalyptus and violets add a complex layer to the nose. The blackberry, dried cherry, and chocolate are dominant on the palate. The combination of French and American oak adds vanilla, toast and toffee notes, but the wood component is subtle. Then the eucalyptus and violets linger on the end. The textures are big and wide, but still smooth. Manly, smooth…it’s Billy Dee Williams.
Secret Agent Red Wine
Floral aromas of dusty rose petals and violets balance beautifully with the plum and strawberry notes. In the background there is a hint of roasted nuts. The floral and fruit balance is consistent on the palate with plum, strawberry, and bright fruit flavors with strong notes of rose water, squash blossom, and earth. The textures are smooth and enjoyable. The Cabernet gives a great hit upfront. The Zinfandel and Syrah expand the mid-palate. The Merlot adds a smooth, long finish.
